We're seeking a a highly skilled LS Consultant to lead the implementation and optimization of LS Central solutions for retail clients. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, business analysis, and project management skills to deliver exceptional client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and possess a strong understanding of retail or hospitality operations.
Job Title: LS Consultant
Location: Makati, Manila
Work Setup: Hybrid (Willing to work 2-3 days in the client's office)
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
- Conduct product demonstrations of LS Central software for prospective and existing clients.
- Collaborate with clients to analyze business processes and gather requirements.
- Provide expert guidance on industry best practices and compliance with government regulations.
Project Management:
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and implementation milestones.
- Perform Business Process Analysis to identify gaps between current workflows and desired outcomes.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Training (UAT) for Point of Sale (POS) and backend systems.
Technical Implementation:
- Configure and customize LS Central solutions to align with client needs.
- Execute data preparation and migration tasks efficiently.
- Collaborate on the design and enhancement of POS UI/UX for improved user experience.
Support and Maintenance:
- Provide comprehensive support during the Go Live phase.
- Identify and recommend technology enhancements to optimize efficiency.
Job Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Experience:
- Proven experience as an LS Central Consultant or a similar role in the retail or hospitality sectors.
- Strong expertise in ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of LS Central, including Retail, Hospitality, and Replenishment modules.
- Proficient in business analysis, project management, and user training.
- Strong communication skills in English and Tagalog.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Crystal Reports, MS Excel, and Visual FoxPro for report development.
- Familiarity with FACT Accounting for Windows and FACT ERP.NG is a plus.
