Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 4 Area Sales Managers (ASMs) to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and achieve growth.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to provide insights and recommendations for sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and manage sales performance, ensuring adherence to budgets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, logistics, and finance to achieve business objectives.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a National Sales Manager or similar role in consumer products industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Target-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
  • Proficient in analyzing sales data and market trends to formulate effective strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of distribution channels and networks in Indonesia.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
