Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of Multinational Medical Device Principle Company. Our client is seeking for National Sales Manager position. This job will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align sales objectives with overall company goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a national sales team.
  • Set and monitor sales targets for individual team members and the overall team.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with key accounts to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on the company's product portfolio and industry developments.
  • Train and educate the sales team on product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. An MBA is often preferred.
  • Proven track record of at least 8-10 years in sales management within the medical device industry.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to lead, inspire, and mentor a national sales team.
  • Experience in building and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • In-depth understanding of the medical device industry, including regulatory requirements, market dynamics, and industry trends.
  • Familiarity with a range of medical devices and their applications.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of sales strategies and techniques.
  • Experience in developing and implementing successful national sales plans.
