Job Responsibilties:
- To achieve and exceed annual sales plan by building the capability of the sales force, providing leadership, coaching and individual development to win and maintain customers within designated industries and products.
- Supporting and delivering business strategies, ensure delivery of revenue growth & profitability, leverage global capabilities & resources and implement local strategies & programmes.
- Working collaboratively with support functions (marketing, supply chain, customer service, application & engineering) to deliver targets

- To ensure delivery of PSO and Business targets such as Revenue, New Wins, DSO, and Pricing
- Delivers and supports Product Service offers in line with Business Strategies
- Account Management and drive growth strategies for Distributor segment/key Accounts
Leadership Functions
- Drives improvement in the provision of products/services to customers
- Effective management of the sales processes

- Actively participates in the management of key customers
- Works with CEC and other functions to ensure customer complaints are addressed

Required qualifications/experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or any other related field

- Demonstrated success in leadership role
