Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of an international ICT company in Indonesia in its quest for a highly skilled Presales Manager specializing in Server and Storage Products (SSP). This a critical role within the organization, and as the Presales Manager for SSP, you will be instrumental in driving the success of the institution through effective technical support, project management, and client engagement. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of Presales experience in the Indonesian market, preferably with a principal company specializing in SSP.
  • Solid understanding and experience in SSP sales within various markets, including operators, financial services, Internet, and IDC.
  • Familiarity with the Indonesian SSP market, agents, channels, and integrators, along with experience in SSP channel sales.
  • A bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Strong planning, organization, and project management skills to effectively utilize resources and meet project objectives.

Job Description:

  • Engage in technical discussions with customers regarding SSP products, analyze customer requirements, provide comprehensive solutions, and ensure solution quality.
  • Lead SSP project bidding, which encompasses pre-bidding guidance, bidding organization, technical solutions, clarification, and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with project team members and drive project progress.
  • Take responsibility for maintaining customer relationships on the technical front, establishing and nurturing strong technical relationships with customers, and promoting SSP projects.
  • Conduct research and analysis on SSP-related solutions, the relevant market and industry, and competitors.
  • Execute technical marketing and branding activities, such as workshops, publicity efforts, and knowledge exchange initiatives.
