Executive Recruitment Firm Monroe Consulting Group is currently working with an esteemed technology company looked for a Pre Sales Team Lead to spearhead the expansion of the company.
Job Responsibilties:
- Collaborate with clients to assess their current network infrastructure and understand their business requirements.
- Implement network solutions, wireless networks.
- Conduct network assessments and performance tuning to identify optimization opportunities.
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients during the implementation phase and post implementation support.
- To establish and implement sales strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements to meet sales quotas.
- To maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.
- Develop strategic marketing plan to promote our services.
- Stay updated with emerging networking technologies and trends to propose innovative solutions.
- Able to lead a team effectively towards common goals, contributing ideas and respecting differing viewpoints.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (similar qualification in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage).
- Proven experience in a Network Consultancy, Network Engineer in satellite telecommunication or in a similar role.
- Industry certifications such as CCNP, CCDP, CCIE, or equivalent are preferred.
- Results-driven with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong expertise in networking protocols and technologies.
- Deep understanding of network security principles and experience with firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and security policies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non technical stakeholders.
- Must be able to do presentations and reports.
- Have a good command in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Willingness to travel for work as needed
