Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Leading Local Medical Device Distributor for the role of Product Manager. The job description will be as follow :
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with KOLs to advocate for our medical devices.
- Organize and manage KOL events, meetings, and advisory boards.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our medical devices.
- Create marketing materials, sales tools, and training programs to support product promotion.
- Plan and execute product launches, ensuring alignment with sales, marketing, and regulatory teams.
- Monitor and analyze product launch performance, making necessary adjustments to strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and provide necessary support.
- Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing education to the sales team about product features and benefits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing or product management experience in the medical device industry.
- Proven experience in engaging with KOLs and managing relationships.
