Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience in application support with a focus on IT payment systems, EFT switching, or card management systems.
- Proven experience as a hands-on application support lead and managing a team.
- Strong technical expertise in troubleshooting and resolving production issues.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
