As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 15 years of experience for the job of Project Director. The job is based in Jakarta Greater Area, Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive development strategy aligned with the company's vision and goals.
- Project Oversight: Oversee all aspects of real estate development, including site acquisition, design, financing, construction, and marketing.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of development, finance, and construction professionals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, government officials, community leaders, and other stakeholders.
- Innovation: Drive innovation in sustainable building practices and smart technology integration.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 15 years in real estate development, with a proven track record in leading large-scale projects.
- Leadership: Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with experience managing diverse, high-performing teams.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities.
- Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Education: Advanced degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Urban Planning, or related field preferred
