Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia, an executive recruitment company, is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational snacks manufacturing in Indonesia. As the company continues to grow, our client is seeking a professional with a strong experience in Quality Assurance, especially in food and beverages manufacturing. The job is based in Cikarang, Indonesia.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the incoming and release process of all raw material and Packaging material by ensuring PepsiCo standard and product specification is met thorugh PepsiCo Global Method.
- Plan work arrangement between FLM and technician to ensure no delay in release process of RM and PM
- Plan work arrangement and/or ensure the Pest Control inspection program is monitored and verified to follow PepsiCo requirement, inspection frequency, monthly report trend and escalation for potential pest issue.
- Plan work arrangement and/or conduct equipment surface swab and cleaning verification for production start-up or handover
- Plan work arrangement and/or conduct the PEM test with the assigned 3rd party lab
- Assist the FSM in document control
- Responsible to conduct Allergen Verification and Annual Allergen Validation for all production line
- Responsible to monitor the CCP and OPRP verification program.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years experience in food safety function
- Diploma or bachelor degree in science
- Have experience in food safety system, FSSC 22000, auditing experience
