Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting a Sales & Application Specialist-CDM- North Luzon & North Manila on behalf of a multinational principal medical device company specializing in optics and optoelectronics. The role will be responsible for sales and marketing initiatives, providing sales and clinical application support, as well as customer and KOL engagement on a regular basis. This role will directly report to the Sales Manager and will cover key areas assigned within the Philippines. Working setup is field work and office is based in BGC Taguig.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement action plans to achieve the annual sales budget for assigned territories.
- Create effective sales proposals to maximize sales potential for accounts.
- Convert competitor users to brand/products.
- Manage accounts by developing measurable growth plans to increase market share.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Provide basic clinical application support for pre- and post-sales of assigned portfolio.
- Identify and engage potential Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) based on product focus.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on engagement plans for KOLs.
- Plan and coordinate workshops and talks for continuous education of users.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- University degree in Optometry, Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in Sales/Business Development in the Ophthalmology equipment industry or medical device consumables.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent selling and negotiation skills.
- Strong team player.
- High customer and commercial orientation.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Willing to do mainly field-works and travel as necessary
