Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Local Property Developer Company for the role of Sales & Marketing Director. The job description will be as follow :
Analyze and develop marketing strategies to increase the number of customers and areas according to the specified targets.
Develop, organize, analyze, implement and evaluate marketing, sales and promotion management for the development and progress of the Company
Carry out direct supervision and control over all marketing, sales and promotion management performance.
Realize and implement plans and procedures implemented through delegation of authority to the marketing, sales and promotion departments, which are under their responsibility
Supervise all performance of the marketing, sales and promotion departments
Create basic concepts, frameworks and department procedures based on the needs of the marketing, sales and promotion departments
Accustomed to leading a team of at least 100 sales executives- Accustomed to establishing relationships with agents, both individual agents and principals.
Job Requirements :
Maximum 45 years
Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, marketing or equivalent (Master's degree in management
marketing is preferred)
Have a minimum of 5 years experience in the same position
Experience preferred from the Property Industry
Familiar with project management
