Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the BFSI sector to achieve revenue targets, adjusting approaches based on market trends and client feedback.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key BFSI clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and promptly addressing concerns.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities, proactively developing leads and converting them into partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized IT solutions, ensuring effective communication and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations, leading negotiations to close deals that align with company goals.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales management within the banking, finance and insurance sector, with a strong background in IT consulting or technology solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team, driving performance and achieving targets through effective leadership.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients and stakeholders. Strong negotiation skills to navigate complex sales discussions.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform and adapt sales strategies. Utilize insights to drive business growth.
  • A proactive approach focused on achieving targets, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
