Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee sales enablement initiatives and optimize programs.
- Track KPIs, evaluate metrics, and analyze sales data for accurate forecasts.
- Manage distribution, inventory, and order processes, ensuring timely delivery.
- Implement operational best practices across Sub-Distributors.
- Prepare sales reports and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Business or related field.
- 5+ years in Business Administration, 3+ in a managerial role.
- Strong skills in sales planning, data analysis, and forecasting.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and MS Office proficiency.
- Willing to travel nationwide.
