We are seeking energetic and strategic Consumer Healthcare Marketers specializing in consumer health brands. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and wellness, a deep understanding of consumer behavior, and a proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and sales growth. As a digital healthcare company, this role involves working closely with cross-functional, converting an extensive data knowledge base into meaningful insights that deliver impactful marketing campaigns, resonate with target audiences and align with our brand values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and product positioning.
  • Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive, insightful marketing plans that include advertising, promotions, digital marketing and social media.
  • Digital Campaign Management: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive brand identity.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality content, including HCP education formats, Branded advertisements, social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Key Influencer Management: Identify and establish partnerships with influencers, health professionals, and other stakeholders to amplify marketing efforts and reach a broader audience.
  • Channel Management: Develop channel strategies to ensure our brands are placed in the right channels and pharmacy groups, maximizing consumer appeal and accessibility
  • P&L Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) for marketing activities. Use analytics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the consumer healthcare, vitamins, or health supplements industry.
