Job Summary:
Our reputable client is looking for Oracle ERP experts who will provide strategic guidance to our clients and internal teams on leveraging Oracle ERP Cloud capabilities to achieve business objectives for the job of [Senior Manager] Oracle ERP Functional Cloud Expert.
As the [Senior Manager] Oracle ERP Functional Cloud Expert, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing our Oracle ERP implementation projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the functional aspects of Oracle ERP Cloud solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems, and driving process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. The job is based in Makati City and offering a Hybrid Work Arrangement (up to 2x a week onsite).
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Lead and manage Oracle ERP implementation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to gather business requirements and design Oracle ERP solutions tailored to meet client needs.
- Provide subject matter expertise on Oracle ERP Cloud modules, including but not limited to Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, and Human Capital Management.
- Configure Oracle ERP Cloud applications to align with business processes and requirements, utilizing best practices and standard methodologies.
- Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing, and post-implementation support to ensure the successful deployment of Oracle ERP solutions.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users and stakeholders to maximize utilization and adoption of Oracle ERP Cloud functionalities.
- Stay updated on the latest Oracle ERP Cloud releases, enhancements, and industry trends, and recommend strategies for optimizing system performance and functionality.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic insights and recommendations for leveraging Oracle ERP Cloud to drive business transformation and growth.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.
Job Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud certifications) preferred.
- Proven experience as a senior manager or lead consultant with extensive expertise in Oracle ERP Functional Cloud solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud modules and functionalities, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to effectively lead and manage ERP implementation projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle ERP solutions.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate team members, drive collaboration, and achieve consensus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Flexibility to travel to client sites as needed for project engagements.
