Our respected client is seeking Senior Mechanical Engineer with at least 1-3 years' experience in in Diesel engine and generator . The job is based in Alabang, Muntinlupa, Philippines.
Job summary:
The Senior Mechanical Engineer will be responsible to provide corrective action follow up along with detailed analysis on the operational problems encountered:
- Lead the mechanical design and development of elevator systems, including: Conceptual design and feasibility studies, detailed design, drafting, and documentation, selection of components and materials & 3D modeling and simulation, Prototyping and testing
- Conduct thorough engineering analyses, including stress analysis, vibration analysis, and fatigue analysis.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety standards and regulations
- Collaborate with electrical, software, and manufacturing engineers to ensure seamless system integration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during the design, development, and testing phases.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and methodologies.
- Prepare technical reports and presentations.
Job Description:
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- years of experience in elevator design and development.
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, including:
- Mechanics of materials, Thermodynamics, Fluid mechanics, Machine design
- Experience with PLC programming and control systems is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
