On behalf of a leading financial services company in Indonesia, Monroe Consulting Group is seeking for a talented Senior Product Designer to join their winning team.
Main responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product teams to shape product strategy and vision, ensuring alignment with company objectives and user needs.
- Oversee and execute designs from conception to post-launch, encompassing both frontend visuals to backend APIs. Ensure that design considerations include elements like testing, security, operations, and marketability.
- Work closely with product teams, and other stakeholders to create a unified product vision and ensure its successful implementation.
- Actively mentor, coach, and support junior designers and other team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team.
- Use tools like Atlassian Jira, Confluence, Figma, and other design and project management tools effectively to manage product development cycles.
- Engage actively in agile methodologies, including Extreme Programming, DevOps, Lean Software Development, and others, ensuring that the product development process is smooth and efficient
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or any related fields.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in digital industries (FinTech preferred), with 3-5 years in a software engineering role
