Our client currently looking for Senior SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Associate/Manager who helps the company manage their employee compensation plans using SAP SuccessFactors software.
Key Responsibilities
- Set Up the System: They design and configure the software to fit the company's needs for managing salaries, bonuses, and other benefits.
- Implement New Features: They work on launching new tools and functions to improve how compensation is tracked and managed.
- Solve Problems: They troubleshoot issues that arise during the setup or use of the system and ensure everything works smoothly.
- Train Teams: Teach HR teams and other employees how to use the system effectively.
- Connect Systems: They make sure the compensation software works well with other company systems, like payroll or performance management tools.
- Analyze Data: They create reports and insights to help the company make better decisions about employee pay and rewards.
Key Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong track record in leading end-to-end implementation projects for SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
- Knowledge of regional compensation laws and compliance standards.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- SAP certification in SuccessFactors Compensation Payroll is an advantage.
