We are currently looking for a SuccessFactors EC Payroll Specialist to join a globally recognized professional services firm. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing and optimizing payroll processes within the SuccessFactors Employee Central module, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with international standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processes using SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Configure and maintain payroll settings to align with organizational needs and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to streamline payroll system integration and functionality.
- Provide technical and functional support, addressing payroll-related issues and resolving system discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and global payroll standards.
- Generate payroll reports and dashboards for management review.
- Stay updated on system enhancements and recommend improvements to increase efficiency.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience in SuccessFactors EC Payroll, with hands-on expertise in managing payroll processes.
- Knowledge of regional payroll laws and compliance standards.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- SAP certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll is an advantage.
