Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading beauty manufacturing company. As part of their continuous growth, our client seeks a highly skilled Senior Specialist - Business Process Improvement to lead and manage key projects that drive operational excellence. This role is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in business process improvement or related roles, preferably in the beauty or manufacturing industry.
  • Proven ability to lead projects from inception to completion, including defining scope, objectives, and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in process optimization techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in budget management, resource allocation, and project cost control.
  • Familiarity with industry best practices, project management methodologies, and change management strategies.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written) and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the scope, objectives, and milestones for business process improvement projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and technical feasibility.
  • Ensure effective allocation of resources to achieve project objectives efficiently and within budget.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
  • Prepare and monitor project budgets, managing costs in alignment with the defined scope of work.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedules, and costs, adjusting plans as needed to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop detailed project schedules and work plans, monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress, changes, and strategic considerations.
  • Ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within the established budget.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, clearly communicating expected deliverables.
  • Apply industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the project execution process.
  • Report and escalate issues to management as required to ensure smooth project delivery.
