Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a multinational SaaS and Omnichannel Company for the role of Senior Skills Trainer with at least 5-10 years experience in the field.
The Skills Trainer is responsible for providing training to new and existing employees in order to ensure they perform their job duties effectively. The Skills Trainer will develop and deliver training programs, evaluate employee performance, and provide feedback and coaching to ensure employees are meeting their goals. The Skills Trainer will also develop and review job descriptions, conduct training needs assessments, and develop and implement new training initiatives. The Skills Trainer will also be responsible for ensuring training material is up to date and relevant.
Skills Trainer Duties
