Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize costs while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers for raw materials, components, and services.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure the best value for the company.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key suppliers to ensure supply chain stability.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing practices.
- Work closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure sourcing aligns with product and operational requirements.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to optimize inventory management and supply chain efficiency.
- Track supplier performance, delivery timelines, and cost savings initiatives.
- Prepare reports and present insights on sourcing strategies, supplier performance, and cost improvements.
- Continuously seek process improvements and innovative sourcing solutions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management (preferably in the manufacturing industry).
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Knowledge of supplier evaluation, risk assessment, and cost reduction strategies.
- Experience working with international suppliers and global sourcing.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with suppliers.
- Proficiency in SAP or other procurement software is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Thai.
