Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a global leader in manufacturing for the position of Sourcing Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and well-established organization, playing a critical role in leading the purchasing and sourcing department while enhancing cost efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize costs while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers for raw materials, components, and services.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure the best value for the company.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key suppliers to ensure supply chain stability.
  • Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing practices.
  • Work closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure sourcing aligns with product and operational requirements.
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to optimize inventory management and supply chain efficiency.
  • Track supplier performance, delivery timelines, and cost savings initiatives.
  • Prepare reports and present insights on sourcing strategies, supplier performance, and cost improvements.
  • Continuously seek process improvements and innovative sourcing solutions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management (preferably in the manufacturing industry).
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Knowledge of supplier evaluation, risk assessment, and cost reduction strategies.
  • Experience working with international suppliers and global sourcing.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with suppliers.
  • Proficiency in SAP or other procurement software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Thai.
