As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 15 years' experience in finance for the job of VP Finance. The job is based in Jakarta Indonesia.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and operational efficiency.
- Oversee accounting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, tax laws, and industry financial standards.
- Manage financial investments and funding strategies to support business expansion.
- Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to drive profitability.
- Optimize revenue cycle management, including billing, collections, and reimbursement processes.
- Lead internal and external audits and manage relationships with auditors and regulatory agencies.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
- Strong understanding of healthcare financial management, reimbursement models, and insurance billing.
- 10+ years of finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and cost management.
- Experience with ERP systems, financial software, and healthcare compliance standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
