Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our biggest client in the Philippines. This individual will collaborate with multiple internal departments including Sales, Go-to-Market, Software Development, and Country Leadership to facilitate day-to-day meetings, align on strategic goals, and drive the introduction of new products and services. The ideal candidate will excel at building and maintaining relationships, managing complex projects, and effectively communicating updates and insights to all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: act as the main liaison for the client, ensuring their needs, concerns, and feedback are promptly addressed. Conduct regular check-ins and strategic planning sessions to maintain a high level of engagement and satisfaction.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate meetings with Sales, Go-to-Market teams, Software Development, and the Country Head to align on priorities, timelines, and resources. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand product roadmaps, development milestones, and market positioning. Facilitate discussions around product improvements, feature requests, and new offerings.
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Work alongside the Country Head to develop and implement growth strategies for the account. Monitor key account metrics (e.g., revenue, project timelines, customer satisfaction) and report progress against targets.
- Project & Product Management Support: Support the software development team by clarifying client requirements, validating project scopes, and ensuring deliverables meet client expectations, and are prioritized accordingly.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in managing large or key accounts, ideally in the technology or software sector.
- Understanding of the Philippine market landscape, including cultural nuances, economic factors, and potential growth areas.
- Awareness of competitive offerings and trends in the local software or technology sector.
- Demonstrates accountability and leadership when managing deliverables and cross-department coordination.
- 3+ years of experience in Account management roles.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English (additional language skills relevant to the region are a strong advantage).
