Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Beauty Manufacturing Company for the role of Administration Manager . The job description will be as follow :
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including document preparation, accommodation and travel booking, record-keeping, and ensuring all corporate records are up to date and compliant with legal standards.
Responsible for business & operating licenses and permits renewal/application
Provide legal advice on commercial contracts vetting- Responsible for company affairs administration eg CROS, authorities system reporting/updating
- Managing EHS function, managing the permits & liaisons incl governmental systems updates related to Site EHS matter
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Public administration, Law or related field.
A minimum of 8 years of experience in a corporate affairs or legal role, with a focus on
regulatory compliance, government relations and EHS.
Proficient understanding of corporate law, regulatory frameworks, and government
procedures.
Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple
tasks and projects simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with
government officials and internal stakeholders.
Experience in preparing and submitting legal documents and applications.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong leadership and
collaboration skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant legal and administrative software.
Excellent command of written and spoken English
