Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Beauty Manufacturing Company for the role of Administration Manager . The job description will be as follow :


  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including document preparation, accommodation and travel booking, record-keeping, and ensuring all corporate records are up to date and compliant with legal standards.

  • Responsible for business & operating licenses and permits renewal/application

  • Provide legal advice on commercial contracts vetting
  • Responsible for company affairs administration eg CROS, authorities system reporting/updating
  • Managing EHS function, managing the permits & liaisons incl governmental systems updates related to Site EHS matter


Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Public administration, Law or related field.

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in a corporate affairs or legal role, with a focus on
    regulatory compliance, government relations and EHS.

  • Proficient understanding of corporate law, regulatory frameworks, and government
    procedures.

  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple
    tasks and projects simultaneously.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with
    government officials and internal stakeholders.

  • Experience in preparing and submitting legal documents and applications.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong leadership and
    collaboration skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant legal and administrative software.

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
