Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Artificial Intelligence Lead to spearhead the development and implementation of AI solutions that drive innovation and enhance business operations. This role requires expertise in AI technologies, project leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful outcomes. The position offers an On-site work arrangement in Quezon City.
Key Job Responsibilities:
AI Strategy and Leadership:
- Develop and manage the AI product roadmap, aligning strategies with organizational objectives.
- Stay abreast of advancements in AI and propose innovative solutions to optimize business processes, especially in engineering and manufacturing implementations
AI Solution Development:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-based solutions using platforms like Azure and Azure OpenAI.
- Oversee proof-of-value initiatives by translating organizational needs into technical objectives.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
- Engage with senior executives and end users to understand requirements and deliver impactful AI solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business needs.
Project Management:
- Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables for successful completion of AI initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and data privacy laws.
Team Development:
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering skill development and a culture of learning.
- Implement best practices for deploying AI-based solutions across the organization.
Key Job Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working with AI-related technologies
- Experience in agile project management roles within the AI and analytics scope, with familiarity with tools like Jira.
- Experience working with senior business stakeholders and strong AI storytelling skills to create a compelling vision.
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities, and to get things done while overcoming challenges.
- Hands-on experience in AI techniques, including machine learning, natural language processing, and managing AI dashboards.
- Working experience with Cloud AI Platforms like Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS is preferable.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and related frameworks.
- Familiarity with low code no code technology and the different ways to connect with different data sources that will be consumed by the AI-based application
- Strong knowledge in prompt engineering.
- Strong knowledge in different data sources such as structured, non-structured, and retrieval augmented generation.
- Good appreciation of IP protection, security and data privacy.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Track record of leading AI projects from conception to deployment, particularly in engineering and manufacturing contexts.
- Certifications in AI-related technologies.
- Familiarity with various AI platforms and tools
