Key Responsibilities
- Take the lead on tech projects, encompassing Planning, Design, Configuration, Testing, Support, and Project Management.
- Be responsible for creating, maintaining, and integrating infrastructure across both cloud and on-premises environments.
- Oversee, enhance, and deploy DevSecOps services.
- Streamline workflows between GitHub, AppSec tools, and AWS services through automation.
- Possess a strong understanding of agile software development principles like Scrum and TDD, alongside modern application concepts.
- Translate customer and project requirements into effective technical implementations.
- Automate and monitor system and service uptime for efficiency and reliability.
- Maintain site reliability for the POS ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineers, Product Managers, Analysts, and other TPMs, to ensure tasks are completed correctly and on schedule.
- Work alongside business analysts to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced transformation environment.
- Quickly adapt, simplify processes, and act according to evolving business needs.
- Provide clear communication to internal stakeholders regarding project status, deliverables, and overall plans.
- Ensure development aligns with project requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, driving efficiency and effectiveness within the team and organization.
Job Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in DevSecOps and CloudOps.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proficiency in containerization technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, EKS, and Kubesphere.
- Skilled in at least one scripting language (e.g., Shell, Python).
- Extensive experience building CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, CircleCI, and Bamboo.
- Expertise in publishing and implementing CI/CD best practices.
- Experience setting up IaC pipelines and enabling fully automated deployment processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot, identify, and resolve issues alongside development teams.
- Passionate about technology and software development.
- Familiarity with modern agile practices.
- Leadership experience in managing the operations stream for hybrid ecosystems.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment requiring autonomy and quick decision-making, while balancing multiple projects and tasks to achieve company objectives.
