Our respective client is looking for AI/ML Technical Lead with strong expertise in computer science, mathematics, statistical methods, and machine learning, along with proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, and Java.
This role is based in Makati City and requires a hybrid work setup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage an AI/ML team, ensuring project goals and timelines are met.
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
- Oversee the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, including data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and production deployment.
- Optimize and troubleshoot AI/ML solutions to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Make key architectural decisions and guide the technical direction of AI/ML initiatives.
- Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Ensure best practices in software development lifecycle management and AI/ML model monitoring.
- Stay updated with the latest AI/ML trends, tools, and techniques to drive innovation within the team.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of computer science, mathematics, statistical methods, and machine learning.
- Strong expertise in AI/ML algorithms, tools, and techniques.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and Java.
- Several years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
- Proven experience with model deployment and monitoring in production environments.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and improve AI/ML solutions.
- Strong data literacy and analytical skills.
- Experience in leading technical projects and making architectural decisions.
- Track record of mentoring and developing junior engineers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with cloud platforms and MLOps tools.
- Background in big data technologies and distributed computing.
- Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML applications.
