Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of one of the leading multinational medical device companies for an Assistant Marketing Manager for their Healthcare division. The role will implement the marketing initiatives such as market research, product development support, product planning and launch, project management, data analysis and reporting with the aim to meet the sales & marketing objectives. S/he will report to the Marketing Manager. Work setup is 2x a week onsite and 3x a week work from home, Mondays to Fridays.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Assist Marketing Manager in aligning & implementing country marketing initiatives through collaboration with Regional Marketing team, sales team and external partners
- Work closely with the marketing team to formulate strategies, coordinate, and execute targeted sales and marketing campaigns across communication and sales channels. Report on progress and issues to stakeholders
- Responsible for all aspects of Marketing Communications of the organization, including content development, CRM, and maintenance of website, OMRON connect and social media platforms, media and public relations, in cooperation with the external agencies.
- Conduct market research and analysis to apply effective marketing campaigns, innovate and respond to market needs with the aim to support achievement of sales & growth targets
- Apply effective product planning and project management from ideation to execution by measurement and reporting of effectiveness of marketing activities from product launch to product life cycle management.
Key job qualifications include:
- Bachelor degree in Business or any related course
- At least 4 years' experience in marketing for OTC or ethical pharma or medical device industry; multiple industry experience would be an added advantage
- Strong in communication, self-learner, detail-oriented, proactive and systematic thinking
- Have hands-on experience in planning, execution and implementation of marketing initiatives.
- Good analytical skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficient in the English language, both written and verbal Willing to work 2x a week onsite in Makati City and 3x a week work from home, Mondays to Fridays
