Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia, an executive recruitment company, is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational biotechnology research company in Indonesia. As the company continues to grow, our client is seeking a professional with at least 5 years of strong experience in sales, especially in Bioscience Industry. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and distributors to drive sales growth in the Bioscience Division.
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and achieve revenue targets in the biotechnology research market.
- Work closely with the marketing team to raise awareness and promote Bioscience products in the assigned region.
- Identify new key customers, participate in scientific events, and build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.
- Manage account receivables, conduct regular reviews with distributors, and monitor business growth.
- Stay informed about market trends, competition, and industry issues, providing strategic insights for business development.
- Lead business development initiatives to increase market share, working with channel partners and distributors to meet sales and performance objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the bioscience or biotechnology industry
- Proven track record in managing relationships with distributors or channel partners to drive sales growth
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
