Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations including sales, marketing, supply chain, and distribution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Supervise and support staff to maintain operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
- Coordinate promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
- Prepare and manage the branch budget.
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or operations within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of managing a branch or team successfully.
- Experience in a leadership role, demonstrating the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team.
- Willing to relocated across Indonesia.
