Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a prominent company in the packaging materials and tapes industry. As the business grows, our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to drive growth and expand market presence. The role is based in Surabaya, Indonesia.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in business development, preferably in the packaging materials or tapes industry.
  • Proven track record of success in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Extensive knowledge of the packaging materials and tapes sector, including market trends and industry best practices.
  • Strong networking abilities, with established contacts in relevant industries such as manufacturing, logistics, or consumer goods.
  • Persistent and goal-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business success.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written) and Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry partners.
