- Spearhead the development and execution of the company's product strategy utilizing a team-oriented approach
- Assume accountability for financial aspects within assigned business sectors, including forecasting and expenditure management

Requirements:
- Preference for candidates with experience in multinational corporations
- Minimum 8 years of successful sales and marketing background in the medical device/pharmaceutical industry, emphasizing revenue growth, market expansion, and customer relations
- At least 5 years of direct experience in leading sales or product teams
- Demonstrated expertise in regional or national sales strategies
- Preferential knowledge in medical devices, particularly intraocular lens, ophthalmology, or microscope equipment.
