Executive search firm, Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of one of the leading multinational Telco company. They're in search of dynamic leaders to join their force as a Business Support Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive operational support to various business functions, collaborating with department heads to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Streamline processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks.
  • Act as a liaison between different departments, fostering effective communication and collaboration while ensuring alignment of business support activities with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Manage and coordinate various projects within the organization, collaborating with project teams to define scopes, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring projects are executed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to support business operations, regularly reviewing and updating policies to ensure compliance with regulations and industry best practices.
  • Evaluate and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
  • Analyze relevant data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, preparing regular reports for senior management to support decision-making processes.
  • Develop training programs to enhance the skills of business support staff, providing ongoing coaching and mentorship to team members.
  • Identify and assess potential risks to business operations, developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies to safeguard organizational interests.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field required.
  • Possess 5+ years of experience in application support.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with application administration and/or development in Salesforce.com (Force.com, APEX coding, Lightning Web Components) with at least 3 years of experience.
  • Experience in IT support and Business application with strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills are essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are required for effective collaboration and interaction within the team and across departments.
