About the role:
The Career Services Office (CSO) Manager operationalizes the strategies of the Career Services Office, establish and cultivate relationships to facilitate their talent attraction program.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Crafts and executes business development strategies considering the preferences of the graduating students;
- Builds and broadens corporate relationships locally and internationally, fosters employer engagement and facilitates endorsement/recruitment of graduating students; and,
- Seeks and facilitates participation of industry partners to career and professional development activities for the students.
Key job requirements include:
- Education: Master's degree or postgraduate degree in Business Management, Communications or related field.
- Minimum Experience: At least 5 years' experience or equivalent combination of account management, sales and marketing, business development, events/project management, and customer service
