Executive recruitment Monroe Consulting Group is currently representing a multi-business holding company in looking for a Chief Financial Officer. The CFO will be responsible for managing the financial activities of the company, including strategic financial planning, risk management, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in overseeing the finances of multi-business ventures and possess strong leadership and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's long-term business goals.
  • Oversee the preparation of accurate financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Ensure robust financial controls and procedures are in place to safeguard company assets.
  • Lead the financial planning and analysis function to support strategic decision-making.
  • Manage relationships with financial institutions, investors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Provide leadership in capital raising activities, including engagement with private equity (PE) and venture capital (VC) firms.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks through proactive risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with senior management to drive financial performance and optimize resource allocation.
  • Oversee compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.


Job Qualifications

  • Extensive experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role within a diversified organization.
  • Proven track record in financial management across multiple industries.
  • Strong expertise in strategic financial planning, risk management, and financial analysis.
  • Established network in the private equity (PE) and venture capital (VC) sectors.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and best practices.
  • Professional qualifications such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
