Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting a Clinical Application Specialist on behalf of a multinational medical device company. The role will be responsible for post installation application training for FUJIFILM equipment which includes CR, DR, RF, C-Arm, CT, MRI and other MS equipment (including other applications and or accessories along with). Also, will provide assistance and support to Modality Solutions Marketing related functions and activities whenever needed.

The individual must possess the following characteristics: customer oriented, organized & detail oriented, patient safety advocate & able to relate and deal well with colleagues, management at all levels, Dealers, Doctors/Medical Staff and other trades in a professional and tactful manner, and in doing so present a positive image of the Company.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Provides clinical end-user application training after machine installation
    Provides clinical end-user application refresher training upon request
  • Monitors customer installations to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Responds to client queries/assistance and or requests
  • Attends kick-off meeting together with Modality Solutions Team members, if needed
  • Conducts product presentation in hospitals, clinics and other institutions, if needed
  • Assists and performs actual demo to prospect clients, if needed
  • Provides guidance and assistance for machine conformance testing, if needed
  • Supports industry tradeshow, professional conference and other marketing activities
  • Provides competitor intelligence and customer feedback, if any
  • Works closely with Regional Support for critical equipment and software issues, etc.
  • Adheres to other tasks assigned by immediate supervisors (ME: MS CAPL, DDM, DM)

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree - Radiologic Technologist
  • Minimum 2 years related work experience, operating Radiology equipment and software in a clinical (hospital or clinic) setting
  • Minimum 2 years CT & MRI work experience (preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years Mammography & BMD work experience (preferred)
  • Knowledgeable in Medical Informatics System: PACS, RIS, 3D (preferred)
  • Ability to follow directions
  • Able to lift 50 pounds
  • Strong customer interface and training skills
  • Ability to drive a car and travel 50% or more of the time
