Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Multinational Medical Device Company. Our client is seeking for Field Application Specialist. This job will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strong communicator, working with resources from Business Units and global regions to deliver application solutions to customers, including new product introductions, problem-solving, and user training. This ensures customers can confidently and effectively use BEA instruments, achieving strong results. Additionally, support commercial activities in designated territories and accounts.
- Oversee the setup and daily operations of the demo lab, including planning, technical specifications, equipment planning and ordering, installation, and commissioning.
- Assist in generating leads by creating sales and marketing materials (such as sales presentations, application notes, and technical information for customers), attending seminars and workshops, and participating in trade shows.
- Provide and coordinate efficient support and training to in-country channel partners to enhance their application proficiency, thereby increasing business success and growth.
- Ensure the effective use of demo instruments to support customer needs and commercial activities.
- Collaborate on and develop effective training programs to disseminate technical advancements from the Business Unit to the regional market.
- Work closely with Regional Commercial Leaders and Marketing teams on marketing and sales activities in the region.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Geology/Mining, Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or another technical/science degree. A post-graduate qualification in a related field is an advantage.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar field, particularly in XRF, XRD, and/or OES instrumentation, with strong technical proficiency and excellent communication skills.
- Deep understanding and knowledge of the cement, mining, and metals industries.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical documentation and application notes.
