Job Summary:

Our client is a leading multinational chemical distribution company. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of chemical products and a passion for building relationships with clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Philippine market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients, highlighting product benefits and value propositions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies and campaigns.
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.
  • Provide technical support and product training to clients as needed.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by management.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback in the CRM system.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance the company's visibility.

Job Requirements:

  • Managerial background is a must.
  • Proven experience in sales or business development within the chemical distribution industry is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of chemical products, market dynamics, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer needs.
