Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a multinational company with a core focus on healthcare industry. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 10+ years' experience in Project Management for Hospital Greenfield Projects. This pivotal role involves overseeing all construction activities, ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in large-scale healthcare construction projects and a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in the industry. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the entire construction process from pre-construction through project completion.
  • Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with project stakeholders.
  • Oversee the selection and management of contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as hospital standards and guidelines.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to resolve design-related issues.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
  • Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project delays and cost overruns.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with project stakeholders, including hospital administration, regulatory agencies, and community representatives.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork among all project personnel.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, specifically within the healthcare sector.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects, particularly greenfield hospital projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations related to healthcare facilities.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management and cost control.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED) are a plus.
