Job Summary:

  • Our client is looking for an experienced and visionary Executive Creative Director to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will lead and inspire a global team of creative professionals, ensuring cohesive and strategic brand expression across channels and touchpoints. You will drive the creative process from concept through execution, aligning with business objectives and delivering innovative campaigns that resonate with audiences in key regions such as Vancouver, Korea, and the Philippines. The job is in Taguig City, Philippines, and offers Hybrid (4x/week) working Arrangement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Creative Vision: Define and guide the creative direction for all campaigns, ensuring alignment with the brand's vision, values, and strategic goals.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to develop creative solutions for business challenges and deliver a cohesive brand experience.
  • Inspire and Develop Teams: Manage and mentor a diverse team of designers, writers, and creatives, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Global Campaign Oversight: Oversee creative projects from concept to completion, adapting strategies to regional markets while maintaining global brand consistency.
  • Market Trends & Insights: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience insights to inform and evolve the brand's creative approach.
  • Project Management: Drive the creative process, manage timelines, and ensure project milestones are met with high-quality output and attention to detail.
  • Brand Evolution: Continuously refine and evolve the brand, incorporating feedback and insights to keep the creative direction relevant and impactful.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in creative roles, including 3+ years in a leadership role, ideally in the tech or healthcare industries.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful creative campaigns and brand work.
  • Experience managing global creative teams and executing campaigns across multiple regions and cultures.
  • Excellent leadership and mentoring skills with a proven ability to inspire creativity and collaboration.
  • Strong understanding of branding, design, digital marketing, and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present creative ideas to executive stakeholders.
