Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a hospitality and casual dining brands company. The Director of IT will ensure that technology aligns with the organization's overall goals and objectives and is responsible for the strategic management of the information technology (IT) systems and infrastructure. The role is onsite in Makati and will be reporting to the company President.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and manage the organization's technology strategy, infrastructure, and systems.
  • Drive innovation, optimize IT resources, and ensure that technology aligns with the organization's business goals.
  • Guide the organization's digital transformation and ensure that technology is a strategic asset.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with the organization's strategic goals. Ensure that IT initiatives support business objectives and enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide visionary leadership for the IT department, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and hardware.
  • Manage software development, acquisition, and integration. Ensure the availability, security, and efficiency of enterprise applications.
  • Establish and maintain robust cybersecurity measures to protect the organization's data and information assets. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and industry standards.
  • Establish and enforce IT governance policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Job requirements:
  • At least 8 years of experience in IT leadership roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in IT leadership roles, with a track record of successfully implementing IT strategies.
  • Strong understanding of technology trends and emerging solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
  • Knowledge of IT governance, compliance, and risk management.
  • Certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, PMP) may be advantageous.
