Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of an IT Solutions Company. Our respective client is seeking for an IT Recruitment Supervisor. This role will be responsible for implementing effective hiring strategies, tracking recruitment metrics, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. This position will be reporting to the HR Manager and on hybrid work set-up and is located in Quezon City.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, application screening, interview scheduling, and candidate documentation.
  • Team up with HR leadership to develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals and business needs.
  • Set clear team goals, track performance against key metrics, and drive continuous productivity improvements.
  • Take part in the interview process, assess candidates, and provide recommendations to ensure the best fit for open positions.
  • Foster and nurture a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs through diverse sourcing methods.
  • Provide constructive feedback and development plans for recruiters, focusing on skill-building and process optimization.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and HR partners to make final hiring decisions and enhance recruitment outcomes.
  • Guide the team in utilizing a variety of sourcing channels, including online platforms, community networks, and educational partnerships.
  • Ensure accurate documentation in applicant tracking systems while maintaining compliance with recruitment best practices and employment laws.

Job Requirements:
  • 5 years experience in IT technical recruitment with 2 years in leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or any related field.
  • In-depth understanding of recruitment practices and employment regulations.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team, with a track record of improving recruitment processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to use data to drive process enhancements.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
