Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of the world's leading music company. Our client is looking for a Domestic Marketing Manager responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies to enhance artist visibility and drive music consumption. The role involves collaborating closely with artists, label heads, and internal departments to design impactful campaigns that resonate with target audiences and increase engagement. The work setup is Onsite 4x a week and 1 optional WFH day (Wednesday). Office is based in Mandaluyong City, Philippines.

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Identify target audiences, devising campaigns that engage, inform, and inspire.
  • Innovate new methods for marketing and promoting assigned music releases.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts (digital marketing, sales, publicity, radio promotion, etc.) to ensure cohesive campaign execution across album/single releases, driving fan engagement and consumption.
  • Design various online and traditional marketing approaches to boost sales and enhance artist exposure.
  • Collaborate with artists, label heads, and the marketing team to build and evolve artist brands.
  • Stay informed of the latest trends and best practices in music marketing.
  • Analyze the outcomes of marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights for ongoing and future initiatives.
  • Manage budgets for assigned projects effectively.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication across departments to ensure alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Oversee a high volume of internal/external meetings and email correspondence.

Key job qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, Marketing, Advertising, Music Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of work experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Proven experience in delivering successful marketing campaigns.
  • In-depth understanding of the music industry landscape and current market trends.
  • Passion for music and a strong appreciation for music culture.
  • Creative, innovative, detail-oriented, and resourceful.
  • Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build relationships within the music industry.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
