Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of one of the healthcare application companies in the Philippines for a Business Development Manager. The position will work on end to end business development- from lead generation all the way to deal closing. The role is an individual contributor where you will be expected to generate opportunities, fill the pipeline given a particular segment or territory and convert deals towards target achievement. Work setup is 2x a week onsite and 3x a week work from home, from Mondays to Fridays.

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Learn and comply with the full funnel process of the enterprise business
  • Generate their own respective leads using different lead sources (internal and external)
  • Create different content templates to generate opportunities for discovery calls and/or meetings
  • Conduct discovery meetings via phone or face to face, and attend networking opportunities as prescribed
  • Convert discovery meetings into pipeline opportunities through effective client-centric consultative selling techniques
  • Manage end to end deal requirements from solution formation, proposal development, contract negotiation and closing.
  • Generate BDM reports for respective territory including but not limited to SQL conversion rate, Weighted pipeline value, sales conversion velocity and closed revenues.
  • Continuous learning around sales techniques, tools and revenue operations.

Key job qualifications include:

  • Experience in lead generation and opportunity mining
  • Extensive experience in consultative selling- able to focus on uncovering deep client pains and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to determine best options
  • Familiarity with lead and opportunity management tools, CRM like Hubspot or Salesforce
  • Experience in creating presentations in MS Powerpoint, Google Slides or Canva
  • Experience in creating reports in MS Excel or Google sheets Ability to be self-motivated and self-managing
  • Handles pressure extremely well
  • Flexibility when it comes to working environments- combination of office, remote and field work Familiarity with CRM tools
