Award-winning recruitment consulting firm Monroe Consulting is partnering with a globally recognized conustructin and manufacturing consultancy firm looking to onboard an Oracle EPM Developer to design, develop, and maintain Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions that enhance their financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and translate their requirements into effective Oracle EPM solutions. Design, develop, and implement applications using Oracle EPM Cloud, Hyperion Planning, and other relevant tools.
- Develop and enhance financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting models to support organizational goals. Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial reporting.
- Data Integration: Design and implement data integration processes between Oracle EPM and other enterprise systems. Develop ETL processes to ensure seamless data flow and consistency across platforms.
- Customization and Optimization: Customize Oracle EPM applications to meet specific business needs. Optimize performance and scalability of EPM solutions, ensuring they are robust and responsive.
- Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that the developed solutions meet functional and technical requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Oracle EPM applications, including design specifications, user guides, and technical manuals. Ensure that all documentation is up to date with the latest system changes and enhancements.
- Provide training and support to end users, ensuring they are proficient in using Oracle EPM solutions. Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to EPM applications.
- Ensure that all Oracle EPM solutions are developed in compliance with organizational standards and best practices. Stay informed about the latest trends and updates in Oracle EPM technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Oracle EPM or Hyperion are preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EPM development, with a strong background in Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and Financial Management. Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in SQL, scripting languages, and ETL tools. Strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing business needs.
