Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading healthcare services, we are seeking a professional for Executive Assistant to Founder. The job will be based in Jakarta.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage the Founder's calendar, schedule meetings, and handle travel arrangements. Prioritize and organize tasks to ensure efficiency.
- Communication Management: Screen and respond to phone calls, emails, and other correspondence. Draft, proofread, and edit documents and reports as needed.
- Meeting Coordination: Arrange and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Project Management: Assist in managing and tracking special projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are achieved.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including liaising with vendors, managing office supplies, and ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
- Event Planning: Organize and coordinate events, including internal meetings, client presentations, and special functions.
- Research and Reporting: Conduct research and compile reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
