Executive search firm, Monroe Consulting Group, is recruiting on behalf of a reputable educational institute that promotes new learning ideas and technologies and is renowned for providing progressive and practical education toward global competitiveness. Our respected client is looking for a Human Resource Facilities Manager. This is an onsite work set up and is based in Negros Occidental.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensures that the Department's KPIs are achieved.
  • Sees to the training and development and discipline management of the department.
  • Conducts monthly meetings with the team and MBR (Monthly Business Review) and QBR (Quarterly Business Review).
  • Liaises with authorities like land commission, municipal corporations and all other central agencies.
  • Planning and implementation of all infrastructure projects including the following:
    • Renovation and repair of land and building.
  • Achieves the targets decided by the reporting authority, management and the Board.
  • 6Ensures review and improvement of various policies and procedures of the department.
  • Develops a detailed road map in line with the company's targets and policies.
  • Communicates to the General Services Administrative Head, written and verbal reports, such as: work progress, system reports, and quarterly statements
  • Ensures diplomacy and proper coordination among the rest of the members of the site and/or corporate leadership team.
  • Acts as the Pollution control officer and comply with DENR and LLDA Requirements
  • Ensures compliance to company rules and regulations, which shall include but not limited to the Employee Code of Discipline and other duties and responsibilities prescribed for all SI employees.
  • Ensures compliance of all Non-Conformity Corrective Action Preventive Action Concession (NCAPACs) within the prescribed period.
  • Reports security incidents and / or any identified security weaknesses.
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.


Key Requirements:
Education:

  • Graduate of any Engineering course preferably relating to Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Works. A Licensed Engineer is an added edge to the position.

Work Experience:

  • 3 years or more of relevant and related experience in facility management, with trainings in property management and with technical know-how on project management, facility maintenance, security and other general services functions.

Competencies:

  • Excellent computer skills and proficient in Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook
  • Strong background and work experience in project and/or business unit management
  • Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management implementing best practices
  • Demonstrate leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major project or initiatives
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style
  • Budget development and oversight experience
  • Excellent people manager, collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done
  • Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization
  • Ability to delegate responsibilities effectively
