Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Healthcare Provider. Our respected client is seeking a professional with suitable qualifications for the Group Head of Sales. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets and business growth in the hospital industry.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for the sales team.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and develop individual development plans for team members.
  • Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent to build a robust sales organization.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients in the hospital industry, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business and maintain existing accounts.
  • Resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals.
  • Implement effective sales processes, tools, and technologies to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to align sales strategies and initiatives.Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand the company's presence in the hospital industry.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company's products and services.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the hospital or healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable sales strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of the hospital industry, including key players, market dynamics, and regulatory environment.
  • Understanding of hospital procurement processes, budgeting, and decision-making.
